What “speech therapy support” means here
We use the word support deliberately. ISL Montessori Tutors is a matching and introduction service, not a clinic. What we do is find independent speech and language specialists in Lahore who work with young children at home, check their background and availability, and introduce them to you. What we do not do is assess, diagnose or treat your child, or tell you whether your child needs therapy at all. That judgement belongs to a qualified specialist and, where relevant, your paediatrician.
Speech worries are common in the Montessori years, and most families simply want someone experienced to look, explain what they see, and either reassure them or start work. That first conversation, at home, is what a good introduction makes easier.
When to be curious rather than worried
Children vary a great deal, and no list replaces an assessment. As a rough guide, many parents seek advice when a child says very few words by around two, is hard for people outside the family to understand by around three, or seems frustrated by not being understood. If you are unsure, asking is better than waiting; assessments are quick and often reassuring.
If a specialist recommends regular sessions, home visits mean the work happens where the child is most relaxed and the parent can watch and learn. If your child also has a Montessori or early-years educator at home, tell both; early-years educators and speech specialists usually work well side by side and can share strategies with your permission.

Questions about speech support
Is this a replacement for a clinic or a doctor?
No. We introduce independent specialists; we are not a clinic and we do not diagnose or treat. If your child has an existing plan from a hospital or clinic, home sessions can run alongside it, and the specialist should coordinate with that team.
What qualifications should I look for?
Ask about the specialist's speech and language pathology qualification, where they trained, and their experience with your child's age group. Ask for references and, if there is a clinic or hospital they work with, its name. We ask these questions before introducing anyone and encourage you to ask them again.
How many sessions a week?
That is for the specialist to recommend after assessing your child. Many young children do better with two or three short sessions a week and daily practice at home than with one long session.
What does home speech therapy cost in Lahore?
Fees vary widely by the specialist's qualifications and experience, the number of sessions and your area, and are agreed directly between you and the specialist. Tell us your budget and we will only approach specialists who work within it.
